Return & Refund Policy

Your Satisfaction We want your Lunelle piece to be perfect. Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Should there be any issues—defects, damage, or the wrong item—simply reach out with a few photos within 48 hours so we can look into it for you immediately. We are here to help and will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

At Lunelle Atelier Jewelry, we strive for excellence. To support our limited drops and handcrafted pieces, we have specific policies based on the type of item purchased.

1. In-Stock Items: Cancellations & Returns

  • No Cancellation Window: Orders for in-stock items are processed immediately to ensure the fastest delivery.
  • Cancellation Policy: We do not offer a cancellation window for in-stock orders once they have been placed.
  • Return Window: If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Fees: A shipping fee of $7.95 will apply, along with a 6% Restocking Fee per item.
  • Lunelle Perk: Choose your refund as Store Credit to enjoy a Full Refund (minus $8 shipping) and we will waive the 6% restocking fee.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

2. Pre-Order Items: Made Just for You

  • Production Timeline: All orders are sent to production exactly 24 hours after purchase and cannot be modified or cancelled after this time.
  • 24-Hour Grace Period: A full refund to the original payment method is available only within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Post-24 Hours: Orders are locked for production and cannot be cancelled or refunded to the original payment method.
  • Return Requests: Post-delivery return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refund Type: Pre-order items are eligible for Store Credit only.
  • Processing Fees: A 6% Restocking Fee plus a $7.95 Return Shipping Fee will be deducted from your Store Credit.

3. Final Sale: Customized & Sale Items

  • Ineligible Items: All personalized, customized, and sale items are Final Sale.
  • Exchanges: These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun or the order has been processed.

4. Gift Card Policy

  • Final Sale: All purchases of Digital Gift Cards are Final Sale.
  • Return Method: If an item was purchased using a Gift Card, the refund will be issued solely as Store Credit.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at hello@lunelleatelierjewelry.com. We will get back to you within 3 business days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, the item(s) must be shipped back within 5 days. If not shipped within this timeframe, the refund/credit amount will be reduced to 60% of the original purchase price.
  • Packaging: We strongly recommend using the original packaging. We will not issue a full refund/credit for items damaged during return transit due to improper packaging.
  • Return Approval: Items sent back without a prior request to hello@lunelleatelierjewelry.com will not be accepted.

Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: We will email you once we have received and inspected your return.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds to original payment will be processed accordingly within 10 business days.
  • Bank Delays: Please keep in mind it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the funds.
  • Support: If it has been over 15 business days since approval yet you haven't received the refunds, please feel free to contact us at hello@lunelleatelierjewelry.com.
