Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Lunelle Atelier, we strive to process and fulfill your orders as efficiently as possible. Because we offer both ready-to-ship treasures and artisanal pre-order pieces, our cancellation policies vary by purchase type:
1. In-Stock Purchases
- Instant Processing: To ensure the fastest possible delivery, all in-stock orders are processed immediately upon purchase.
- No Cancellation Window: Because processing happens instantly, we are unable to accept cancellation or amendment requests for in-stock items.
- Returns: If you change your mind, you may return your eligible in-stock item within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on applicable restocking and shipping fees.
2. Pre-Order Purchases
- 24-Hour Grace Period: We offer a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel your pre-order for a full refund to your original payment method.
- Commitment to Production: Exactly 24 hours after purchase, your piece is submitted to our workshop for handcrafting. After this point, the order is locked for production and cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Post-Delivery Returns: If you wish to return your pre-order item after it arrives, it will be eligible for Store Credit only (minus an $8 shipping fee and a 6% handcrafted restocking fee). Full details can be found in our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Made-to-Order & Customized Items

Final Sale: Due to their highly personalized nature, these pieces are Final Sale and cannot be cancelled or amended once production has begun.
