Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options (U.S. & Canada)

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. All rates are displayed in USD.

United States

  • Free Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): On all orders $99+ (Limited Time Launch Offer).
  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $8 for orders under $99.
  • Express Shipping (1-3 business days): $15

Canada

  • Standard Shipping (7-12 business days): $16
  • Express Shipping (2-5 business days): $25

International orders (including Canada) may be subject to duties or taxes upon delivery, depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Processing & Delivery

  • In-Stock Items: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped shortly after. Once dispatched, delivery times follow the selected shipping method.
  • Pre-Order Items: Orders are submitted to our workshop 24 hours after purchase. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours only. After that, your piece is officially in production. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and fulfillment before dispatch.
  • Mixed Orders: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped once all items are ready. If you prefer separate shipments, please contact us (additional shipping fees may apply).
  • Delivery Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier processing or customs clearance.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday deliveries may be limited depending on the carrier. 

Security & Liability

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. Lunelle Atelier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@lunelleatelierjewelry.com and we will gladly assist in filling a claim.

PO Boxes: We recommend providing a residential or business address for faster and more reliable delivery. Please note that some carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes.

Address Changes & Refused Shipments

  • Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order has been shipped. 
  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused, the original shipping charges and return costs will be deducted from your refund.
