Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options (U.S. Only) We currently ship exclusively within the United States. All rates are in USD:

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders $79+ (Limited Time Launch Offer).
  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $7.95 for orders under $79.
  • Express Shipping: Flat rate of $15.00.
  • Standard Shipping with Signature: $13.00 for orders under $79; $5.00 for orders $79+.

Processing & Delivery

  • Pre-Order Items: Orders are submitted to our workshop 24 hours after purchase. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours only. After that, your piece is officially in production. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and fulfillment before dispatch.
  • In-Stock Items: Processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. To ensure immediate delivery, these orders are processed instantly and cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • Mixed Orders: Buying in-stock + pre-order items? We’ll ship them all together once your pre-order items are ready (approx. 2–3 weeks).
  • Want it faster?: We recommend placing two separate orders if you'd like your in-stock pieces to arrive sooner! Alternatively, contact us to arrange a split shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
  • Handling: We process orders Monday–Friday. Please note that Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.

Security & Liability

  • Signature Confirmation: We strongly recommend this option for insecure delivery addresses.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Lunelle Atelier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, unless Signature Confirmation was purchased.
  • Claims: If a package is lost in transit, contact hello@lunelleatelierjewelry.com. Note: We cannot refund or replace stolen items.

Shipping Restrictions

  • No International Shipping: We only ship within the U.S. at this time.
  • No PO Boxes: For security and insurance reasons, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Address Changes & Refused Shipments

  • Address Changes: Email us immediately. Updates are only possible before the package has shipped.
  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment, the original shipping charges and return costs will be deducted from your refund.
